Our culture

We are a small team, so you will see what everyone is working on and the impact your work makes. We offer flexible working hours and opportunities for personal development.

How to apply:

We've designed 2 tasks to help us understand how you think, communicate, and express ideas creatively — especially in a marketing context. Hope you'll enjoy working on them.

Task 1: Record a 1-minute video about you

Please record a short (up to 1 minute) video about who you are and what excites you about marketing. This doesn’t need to be highly produced or edited at all; we just want to know more about you. So a short video on your phone or laptop talking to the camera would be perfect.

Task 2: Instagram Stories exercise

Create a series of 5-10 Instagram Stories (a series of images or videos with text written on top) that tell the story of your day. Think of this as a storytelling and content exercise – we want to see how you can structure a narrative and capture photos on your phone. It can be about anything in your day, doesn't need to be work-related or very sophisticated.

You don’t need to post these publicly; just put them together as a slide deck/PPT/PDF and send them as an attachment.

Please send your CV and the 2 tasks above to dreams@futurelondonacademy.co.uk, with the subject line "Marketing Assistant".

What happens next

We’ll be reviewing all submissions every Friday at 10 am GMT, and successful candidates will be invited to the next interview stage via email. The earlier you apply, the better chances you have of being selected to the next stage.

Good luck! 💛
