What does it mean to be design-led? These 10 companies show us the way.

Not all organisations recognise the impact that design can have at the leadership level. Ecco, Nuun Jewels, Wavemaker/WPP, Exp and others on our list are great examples of successful companies that view design leadership as a strategic asset to their business and support their people on their design leadership journey.

We are privileged to be part of this journey, with all these companies created or led by the talented alumni of our Design Leaders programme 2024, who prove that design can drive growth, help outperform competitors and build better products and a better world.
