Jade aspires to be the leader she never had – empathic, encouraging, and inspiring. By helping designers become authentic and empathetic leaders and allies, she ensures product design teams collaborate and thrive. Her goal is to create a space where people feel inspired, invested, and protected to do their best work. Every day I try to combine people’s needs with new technology. When you reach the core of both those components, things tend to happen which can be the basis for very drastic change.
