WE'RE HIRING: Client Manager

We are looking for a commercially-minded Client Manager to grow our portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls and guide customers to the right product
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve the pipeline and drive growth
• Help define messaging and growth playbook
• Track performance, targets, and client satisfaction
• Use automation tools to improve efficiency
• Manage automations and pipeline in our CRM (ActiveCampaign)
  
  

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in sales, customer experience or client management
• Proven ability to grow accounts
• Comfortable communicating over phone, video calls, email, or in-person 
• Proactive with high ownership and accountability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and familiar with automation tools
• Within easy commute to central London (we have hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office)
